Great place to live but I hope they can find a solution for parking, maybe assign numerical parking spaces for the residents because its so hard to find parking after 5:30pm. Especially after long day at work. It gets frustrating sometimes but other than that, i’d still recommend these apartments to anybody.

Do your research

Ive been living here for a few weeks now and I already know Im not renewing my lease here. Its a beautiful property and there are some cool amenities but it has gotten so crowded here that you will not find a parking spot if you get home after 7pm. I dont know what the trash situation is here but the dumpsters are always full and trash is over flowing onto the property. Some of the tenants here are very loud at all hours of the night but nothing is done about the noise complaints. Also IF YOU ARE AFRAID OF DOGS MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE! There are no breed or weight restrictions here so yes you will see a German Shepherd or a pit bull.

Where is everything

Our apartment itself was very cozy because we were able to fill the space with what we needed. Unfortunately, one of the main reasons we moved in was because of the amenities (specifically the childrens playroom) that were expected to be completed by the time we moved in, which were unavailable the entirety of our leasing agreement. Maintenance staff was quick to respond and very helpful, but raises question on why we had to contact them multiple times for a new build. Overall, the lack of transparency and concern for their tenants’ issues made an otherwise great place to live feel unsatisfactory.

Parking is not the best. I can hear sounds from up top of my apartment but that comes with living on the first floor.

Beautiful Community

Great place to live. So many kind people, everyone is respectful, you can never get bored with all the amenities offered. Only down fall I have noticed is the parking. I have to walk home from the other side of the (very large) complex, when I get home from work around 5:45. If I am luckily, I can find one spot available on the side where I reside.
