The amenities offered here are lackluster, many residents do not have dogs, dont use the seating areas or firepit, but the two they do use the pool and the gym arte the ones used most. The main issues is the we have not had a functional gym. The weight set has been broken or have been gone since the the pandemic and there has been no communication about its replacement. Out of the five pieces of equipment remaining only two are plugged in and working. Considering how much is payed for the amenities in the rent payment it would be nice if the there was some communication about the status of the gym and when it will return to a functional status as it is shown in the advertisements for Tysons Glen.

I lived in one of the top floor apartments at the back kf the complex for two years and did not hesitate to renew my lease! The apartments are clean, mostly bug free, and pretty spacious relative to the price. Maintenance orders are always handled in a timely manner and the office staff is very responsive and helpful! The community is also very clean and fairly quiet but not at cost of your location, which is awesome.

Very close to grocery stores extremely convenient for those working in Tysons. Only annoyance is that it is right next to a school which causes traffic when school goes out. Have not had any pest issues.
