2. No more than 2 pets per residence.
3. There is a $300 fee that is refundable.
4. Pet rent is $25 per month per pet.
5. Breed restrictions do apply: no pit bull (also known as American or British Staffordshire Terrier), German Shepard, and Rottweiler. Due to some residences not having green space to walk dogs, we do restrict dogs.
7. No dogs over 35 pounds.
