Two pets allowed per apartment. Must provide the most updated vaccine record, photo, as well as list of breed. Non-acceptable canine breeds are: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, St. Bernards, Great Danes, Chows, and Bull Mastiffs.

What other renters say:

Poor Maintenance

No hot water going on four months. Heater has been out for over a year. A/C has been out for two months. While it might not be direct fault of the property manager, the fact that these maintenance issues have yet to be resolved is a failure of the property owner. Either the property should be lower to rent or the maintenance should be treated with urgency.

I love the apartments it's just maintenance needs more help.
