The Roosevelt Arlington Commons

I was very disappointed in my time here last year but now that the upstairs neighbors are gone (they were smoking weed every day and the apartment manager refused to address the issue for months and then never did her due diligence to rectify and correct the situation when brought to her attention multiple times), my living situation here has been significantly better. The doors are still broken on the exterior of the first floor which I have raised concern about before because I am scared of coyotes or other animals roaming through the halls. We did have a possum in the hallways earlier this year. Lately, parking has been hard to find on the first floor. I chopped it up to more people living here. These apartments are not bad they just need some more love and care from maintenance and management.

Valet trash should be little reasonable. tenants do have little more trash sometimes. 2 bags should be allowed at least if the valet trash is offered. Trash by the dumpster area is getting overfilled, needs bigger and better containers. otherwise this property is A+

Always trash everywhere. Shared spaces (hall ways, elevators etc.) are always disgusting and need a deep clean. For the amount of rent I pay to live in a “nice” apartment this place is just eating my money. Managment is very rude and inconsiderate and condesending. I dread having to go to the office for ANYTHING.
