The Residence at Heritage Park

On Sunday, 15 Sep Darrin was phenomenal at quickly addressing the flooding in my apartment. He checked the ac unit, water heater, and found that it was a clogged condenser hose. I was worried I was going to have a flood like last year where it flooded 2 rooms into the bathroom and also the closet as well... but with his swift work, reassurance, it was a simple fix. Then the next morning, Freddy checked on to make sure there was no leaks from either the water heater, condensor, and ac unit. Then today Freddy came by and went well above and beyond taking apart the fridge fan and motor and repaired it, changed out the thermostat and also vacuumed out underneath and back panels to ensure the refrigerator ran properly. He also didn't have to, but replaced bulbs throughout the apartment that needed replacing. We have such a great maintenance team. I love Darrin and Freddy so much! Such wonderful hardworking friendly guys!

You can legitimately rent an apartment in downtown Fort Worth for around the same price and have a job that pays five times with anything and Abeling pays the only reason to rent there is if you have no other place to go
