I've lived here for one year during my residency. The staff has consistently been professional and helpful since the day I moved in. Maintenance is performed in a timely manner. Grocery stores and fast food nearby. Area feels safe and homey.

Coming up on 3 years of living here, rent continuously increased ~$70/month every year. This property doesn't appreciate in value that much and I highly doubt utilities increased that much. Property management is not transparent on cost increases, citing "maintenance costs" but I highly doubt maintenance is getting that much of a raise every year. I would love to stay longer but I feel like I am being pushed out with cost barriers on top of other increases year over year. Nobody wants to negotiate. Some longstanding neighbors are great, some newer ones are not. They take more space than they are allowed to (hallways, staircases) but they probably feel justified because they're paying so much too. Internet options are exclusively Xfinity and I have had issues related to cable lines on the property, so internet has been unreliable. There are amenities here, but it feels like "just enough" to say that there are amenities. The in-unit washer + dryer isn't enough of an amenity to justify the premium cost of living here. The fitness center is very small and I often see tenants using it one at a time, if it's used at all. I see cheaper apartments with better amenities, bigger living spaces, in better locations.
