Extremely Fair

The apartment is fairly priced. Nestled in the heart of Poughkeepsie, there is an abundance of stores, restaurants, and activities in walking distance. The inclusion of in-unit laundry is an absolute luxury. The shops and studios inside the building offer a nice exposure to talented artists as well!!

Fair Price

The apartment is not in the best neighborhood, but the security on the building provides some peace of mind. Having an in-unit washer and dryer were a HUGE selling point for me, but the other appliances are great too. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully painted, and the view is very aesthetically pleasing.
