We currently manage properties in upper-Manhattan and the Bronx and our portfolio contains thousands of residential units. Many of our properties were developed utilizing one or more government programs and we are conversant with the compliance requirements of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, Section 8 subsidy programs, and buildings developed under the NYS Housing Trust Fund, as well as those of the NYC Department of Housing Preservation Development and the NYC Housing Development Corporation. The firm has the knowledge of the requisites essential to rehabilitate, maintain and operate older buildings successfully and manages for both private sector owners and not-for-profit groups. We are a hands-on organization and consider it our responsibility to administer to all aspects of running properties in a well-maintained manner that enhances their profitability. We endeavor to render services tailored to the needs of our clients and strive to provide them with the levels of service and expertise to which they are entitled.
