To qualify, applicants must earn a minimum monthly income of at least 2 � times the amount of rent being charged for the apartment home income restrictions do apply. A two-person household must not exceed $33,650 gross annual income, a three-person household must not exceed $37,860 gross annual income, and a four-person household must not exceed $42,060 gross annual income. Rates and income thresholds may vary. We do not charge for water, sewer, or trash, and we do not charge monthly pet fees.
