Monthly rent at Boulder Pines II start at $929 per month for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; $1,070 for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; and $1,161 for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. To qualify, applicants must earn 2 � times the amount of rent being charged for the apartment income restrictions do apply.
