Does not sound well maintained. But location sounds wonderful.

Amazing view

I have been living here for 10 yrs i love the view from my apartment

Good but not

I love the accessibility of the location. The maintenance and up keep is better than most. However the parking is too expensive and the unexplainable occurrences are challenging. The area believe it or not is tolerable especially without children.
