Osprey on the Bluffs by Trion Living

I have wanted to shout out load about not only the beauty of my apartment, the space , the peacefulness of the neighborhood & the far & beyond maintenance always expedited by the maintenance crew experiences ( Mr Gary! HE TRULY IS THE 1 ! This man treated my child & self like family from day one ! ) I’ continue to experienced this type of treatment within the year of being here yet & still going strong! Now in my case I had some hiccups getting here however THE ACCOMMODATIONS FROM MANAGEMENT LEFT ME SPEECHLESS & ETERNALLY GRATEFUL for all they did to get me EVERYTHING I DESIRED ! These ladies ( Taylor &, Janice & Tesha ) STOOD IN THE GASPS FOR ME …… so much so that I totally forgot that there was anything that DID go wrong ! I NEVER went without, NEVER was not communicated with & those ladies ARE THE BEST MANAGEMENT TEAM that Ive ever encountered! I remain thankful & STILL to this day Prayers of blessings are asked to be given to ALL OF THIS TEAM !! I highly encourage this hidden gem & team ! Ty again for All you’ve done for my family ????

I enjoy living in this community! The staff are great people who are very helpful and understanding. For example, I was charged an overdue charge on my rent when it was supposed to be charged before it was overdue. Immediately when I brought it to the attention of the leasing office they brought out their computer and fixed everything up! Maintenance is just as superb! Not only are they great at their job, but they are also very friendly and kind. It is also very quiet here at night, which surprised me because we are in the city, but a surprise I definitely enjoy. Finally, I love the nature that surrounds this place and the big trees that keep it cool in the day and creating a great ambiance at night! I love it here and I would definitely recommend!

One month into lease. Pool has been down with furniture everywhere, Fitness center and pool have a bunch of unopened boxes of equipment. Trash service is very picky and will not always take trash even when youve followed their instructions to a T. Was forced into a small apartment with no washer dryer hookup, staff is friendly but bery strict, although lacking in resources. Phone lines were down nearly 2 months while waiting to move into property. Property is not well kept with lose trash and debris near the trash cans and on the property grounds, maintenance does not address this. I hope things change soon as one would hope everything would be move in ready upon arrival especially after 3-4 months of a waiting process. Overall it is pleasant, but could be better. J definitely recommend for a temporary stay, but not as a permanent living situation.
