Great Place to Live

I have been living at the Rise for 3 months. The apartment building is well maintained. Parking is never an issue. Maintenance is timely. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The only thing that's missing is a gym. However, there are several gyms 5 minutes from the complex.

Good place to live

Ive been here going on 2 years, the place overall is a nice place to live. Maintenance keeps the place clean, and since its a new property the appliances are all new and as many upgrades. I love the convenience of having a washer and dryer. At night the parking lot is quite lit so it feels safe if you have to come home late or leave early. The only downside is, they recently built a pool, instead they should have made a gym…

I have lived here a little under a year, my favorite thing about this apartment is the updated appliances and floors. I have had some issues with there only being one maintenance man but overall I would recommend living here.

Great place to call Home

I just moved in but I feel like this is going to be a great experience. The application and moving process was as smooth as butter. The staff is amazing and very friendly.
