Ive been a tenant at New Carrollwood Apartments in Carrollton, Ga for 3 years now. Overall, my time here has been pleasant. There have definitley been some bumps in the road especially with maintenance/staff, but even still - their kindness within the lack of communication is pleasing. The interior of the apartments are not bad, definitley upgraded from former years, but with the cost of rent rising yearly (around town in Georgia) it’s starting to push the ratio of “price/quality.” Overall, I’m not too dissatisfied with New Carrollwood. If you’d ask me a year ago, I would have given 4 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately, im going to have to go with 3 out of 5 due to the issues taking place since then. If you’re looking for a “first time” apartment, its not too bad at all. My neighbors are amazing.

Carrollwood is affordable for the market but that comes with it's downfalls. The residents are noisy and litter. The residents don't take pride in where they live, clearly. I can afford it so that is why I live here. That's truly the only reason. Management is nice and does the best they can with what they are given.
