Loved living at this location, but the cost vs emenities and services didn't live up to expectations. I was sorry to leave and hope that the new manager can overcome the flaws of the previous property manager. The location can't be beat.

Excellent location with grocery, entertainment, and public transit options within walking distance. Well maintained, well lit sidewalks make walking a breeze. Parking deck offers protection from elements, pollen, etc. There is always somewhere to park. Gym amenities have been downgraded as of 2024. No consideration for the input of people who actually use the gym. Plenty of budget for processed foods and alcohol at pool parties. No budget for replacing an adjustable bench. Here's some bands, now shut up. Maintenance is severely understaffed. Requests take several months to address. Gate has been operational for 5 consecutive days in August 2024! This shatters the previous record of 3 consecutive days set in Q1 2024. "AssetProtect", the new outsourced insurance management vendor, sends factually inaccurate, snarky emails that sour goodwill. They conveniently also sell insurance. High ceilings make the space feel larger and more open. Relatively quiet community.
