I want to give a BIG shout out to Logan and Ken for getting everyone together for the Hurricane Preparedness meeting it was very informing and made me feel more at ease. Also for everything else they do for us here at Pineberry we are very lucky to have them both.

I have been here since 2012. Although we have had some not so good office managers, we now have a great manager named Logan. He is wonderful. He listens to you if you have a problem and does his best to solve it. Maintenance, Ken is very knowledgeable and will help fix your problems in no time and explain to you what he did or what happened so that you understand. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy life.

I have been living at Pineberry for a year now and couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the facility is clean and well cared for. The grounds and the pool area are great. I enjoy using the fitness center to walk 3 miles on the treadmill every day. All in all it's a great place to live on a fixed budget.
