Overall review....

I really have come to enjoy my apartment and community. The staff, Cathy, Gwen, and the maintenance team are awesome! They respond to my requests in less than 24 hours. I would recommend this community to my family and friends.

Services, amenities and customer service could much better !

I have been a resident here for quite some time now and things have not improved in terms of service, amenities, and customer service. All of this needs to be improved upon for residents like myself who do the right by paying their rent on time for years and taking care of their units! It seems as though the residents who do not do this, get the best services!! Things are backward here for several reasons!!! I am on the edge of looking for somewhere else to live because my hope for change is not going to happen due to my current experience in this particular community.

Love it here!

I moved in after my mom passed and it has been great. I love the space you get here( these newer apartments are a little small for me). The rental office is responsive. I will more then likely be here until I buy a house.
