• Food & Package Deliveries: Impossible to get food delivery and even Amazon Flex drivers struggle due to lack of signage and limited accessible doors. You’ll often have to pick up food yourself. Some Amazon orders have even been canceled.
• Lack of Transparency: Reviews are allegedly being removed, as noted on Reddit and Yelp.
• Entrance Issues: Only one side has fob access, meaning if the door locks behind you while walking your dog, you must walk around the entire building—even in bad weather.
• Noise Complaints: We were wrongly accused of loud music when we weren’t home. Meanwhile, others blast music with no consequences.
• Pet Waste Problem: Residents don’t clean up after their dogs, and no cleaning service is hired to address it.
• False Advertising: Promised restaurants downstairs never materialized, yet rent is higher in Building 1 because of this claim.
• Garbage Overflow: The trash compactor is too small for 222 units, and valet trash bins barely fit one bag.
• Dangerous Conditions: Residents leave hazardous food like chocolate and chicken bones outside, putting dogs at risk.
• Overpriced & Lacking Amenities: Rent is over $2,460 for a basic 2-bedroom, yet there are no smart thermostats/locks. Residents are charged $10/month for towing services. The clubhouse is only open during business hours, limiting access.
• Parcel Locker Issues: Packages are often left outside lockers or even on the street.
• No Security Cameras: If cars are vandalized or a break-in happens, there’s no proof.
• Garbage Vending Machine: Instead of useful items like coffee, energy drinks or energy bars, it’s stocked with junk food. It also seemed broken into at one point.
• Poor Maintenance: Walls were covered in white powder upon move-in, the bedroom fan clicks loudly, and the dog wash station originally had no warm water and sprayed in your face.
