While our community does not feature an onsite dog park, our direct-access townhomes are located on the community path network and open space provide for ample opportunities for you and your pets to get out and about — perfect for playtime with your pup! Pet Policy: Each townhome may have up to two (2) pets. A refundable pet deposit of $250.00 per pet is required. A monthly pet rent of $35.00 per pet applies. Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds are considered restricted and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by management. The following breeds (or their mixes) are generally not permitted: Pit Bulls (including American Staffordshire Terriers and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Dalmatians, Great Danes, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids, and Akitas. Terrible Property Management

Terrible property management, they won't fix problems that have been submitted since October and its march. Would never recommend a family member or friend here EVER!
