Orange Grove

We've lived here over 10 years and overall it has been a pleasant experience for us. To be perfectly honest, there are a couple drawbacks such as due to the age of the building some amenities are not available such as central air conditioning (only window units) and the same with heating. Only street parking but it is in a culdesac so usually it's okay ... as long as the Rose Bowl Committe puts their security to prevent game visitors from using up the only street space we have. The staff are cordial and try to take care of things as soon as feasible. It is a relatively peaceful area although near the freeway you get used to it. I would recommend this location for someone who was looking for a semi private area because it is in a culdesac so not much traffic.

I've lived here 10 years. The area is excellent and it is relatively quiet and safe. However, these units were built in 1906 and sometimes things fall through the cracks and management falls behind a little in providing some of the normal requirements. However, Overall I would still rate this a good place to live!
