Marlin Cove

Continued plumbing and elevator issues as well as the responsiveness and communication from the leasing office compromise the integrity and comfort of the living experience at Marlin Cove. - Staff is slow or non responsive to issues ( namely boiler, water and Elevator troubles earlier in 2023) -Currently the water pressure is inconsistent and access to hot water early in the morning is not guaranteed. -Communication regarding maintenance, phone, office, security and other property concerns is not shared timely. - Foul smell in the morning permeates from the sinks, shower and toilet- not everyday however it does happen. -Maintenance line and Rental office can ring without response- messages if left have gone unanswered.

Hello! I have been living here for one year, the staff is cool, and most people are friendly. My patio overlooks the lagoon, and the view is amazing. They have security that patrols the premises at night. There is some noise due to the dogs at the dog park and the kids in the evening playing in the pool during the summer. But that is to be expected. Overall, I enjoy my place and I intend to stay another year. Come and join us.
