I have lived here for a number of years under the orignal management and owner. Complex has changed owners twice now in past year. To this date havent met property manager. Maintenance is seen riding around on cart but doesnt seem to get repairs done timely. Ive been waiting for several weeks now for a simple request. Others have waited several months for a fluorescent bulb change. Prices seem to keep going up. Pool hours arent followed or at least by management in allowing family to be at the pool way after 10. But yet residence are made to vacante pool at 10. As a new manager here you would think an introduction would have been made to curremt tenants. If your told something get it in writing. Apts are spaciuos and clean about the only positive. I have seen larger breed animals that live here and are allowed to run freely outside and nothing seems to be said or concerned.
