Incredibly spacious interiors boast 10-ft vaulted ceilings, wall-to-wall-to-ceiling bedroom closets, a breakfast nook, an office space, and expansive living and dining rooms. Additionally, each home features a private covered patio set off the living room, a carport with back door entrance into the kitchen, and a locked laundry and storage room in the carport. Less than 15 minutes from downtown Birmingham and less than 10 minutes from the villages of Mountain Brook and all the shops and restaurants of Irondale, the Atlantan provides the perfect space in an ideal location. Our Atlantan Apartments feature a $135 flat-rate, monthly utility fee that covers water, sewer, backdoor valet trash service, pest control, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and lawn care. This utility fee is included in the rental price listed. Electric, gas, and cable and internet are paid separately.
