The architectural committee is very strict thus ensuring that the community maintains high standards of quality and respect to all the homeowners. As its name suggests, Retorno San Agustin 35 enjoys the benefit of being located in a street that is closed at the end which ensures a very moderated traffic that guarantees peacefulness, privacy and tranquility due to the fact that only those what own property on that street pass through. The beach club is a magnificent asset that my family and I have enjoyed thorough the years and that will sure be missed. We’ve hosted unforgettable parties and piñatas in this unique and beautiful oceanfront facility that is not easy to find in Los Cabos any more. My family and I will also miss our walks through the secure streets of Santa Carmela with the dogs that we have had as our beloved pets during our stay in that exclusive community saying hello to the motorized friendly guards -whose first names we all knew- or to the neighbors of this gifted community that boasts great views of the ocean which will always occupy a very special place in our hearts. The design of the home ensures the benefits of living in one level without extenuating and demanding staircases and its pool deck, jacuzzi and terrace guarantee infinite hours of socializing with family and friends. The downstairs Bungalow was always a very coveted accommodation that relatives and friends always loved due to its privacy and beauty. In a nutshell, whoever buys this property will always consider this a pleasant, solid and secure investment that will render many hours of happiness and enjoyment.
