The Playa Dorada complex offers great restaurants and shopping. It will soon be home to Blue Mall.\r\rOur owners have access and discount at our beach club, Ocho Beach Club. We also have the general pool within Green One, we are working on the gym, children's area and spa, we provide transportation service to the beach club by golf cart. We have special rates for Green One owners at the Playa Dorada Golf Club.\rWe will have 6-level towers with 2 elevators, the first will be for parking and from the 2nd to the 6th floor there will be 4 apartments per floor of approximately 126 m2 and a private pool.\r\rIn buildings 4 and 5 we will have apartments with views of the golf course, mountains and swimming pool. They will have 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a balcony, 1 covered parking space and 3 air conditioners.\r
