Description of the project and typologies

PANORAMA LUXURY is a project of apartment units for residential use, located in Vista Cana, Punta Cana. It is made up of two large four-level buildings connected by a central volume that houses social and amenities. In a first stage, one of the buildings will be developed with a total of 187 housing units.

The project has 3 types of apartments. (28) 2-bedroom units, (81) 1-bedroom units and (78) suite-type units distributed in the four levels of the project.       

All types of apartments include appliances, porcelain floors, wooden doors, modular kitchens and glass and aluminum windows. On each level there are support and service areas such as concierge stations, garbage rooms and temporary storage rooms.

Access to the project is through the lobby, which has a reception, lounge areas and other amenities. Most of the project's parking spaces are underground, which allows a better use of the land for the development of gardens and outdoor recreation spaces.

🔸It is the only project with underground parking (under roof) and it will be 1 parking per apartment. Visitor parking at ground level.

✅ Doors taller than standard approx. 2.4 meters high
✅Construction frame: that is, of concrete and masonry based on concrete blocks, no formwork.

2 bedroom apartments

✅They are located in 1st and 4th level
✅Its view is of the lake (there is no pool view)
✅The variant of its price is that the one on the 1st level has a pool.

These have a terrace/balcony the same size as the 2 bedroom apartments (13 m2 approx.) And the apartment about 65 m2

Suite-type apartments

✅This is the only type where the locker is included in its price (it does not have to be paid separately), therefore they correspond to 31 m2 of suite and 4 m2 of locker.
✅They do not have a balcony, only a window with its respective view (lake or pool)
✅On the first floor there is availability with a patio of 16 m2 and you can make your jacuzzi and be closed (private)
❗Note: This Jacuzzi is an optional purchase. The prices of the hot tubs will not be available at the moment due to the fluctuation in the prices of supplies. This price will be given close to the end of the project.

Build system
The construction of the project will be carried out based on a concrete structure and masonry based on concrete blocks.

SERVICES
Electricity: the entire electrical system will be powered by the Punta Cana-Macao Energy Consortium.
Domestic gas system: pre-installed internally in the project.
Garbage collection services provided by the residential.
Additional services (telephone, internet, cable TV): through prior installation of service.
