Before establishing Tropical Realty, Jorge Morales served as Administrative Manager and Manager of Credit and Collection in a prestigious company in Costa Rica for over 10 years. That role has given him extensive experience in negotiation, valuation of properties, and both bank mortgages.

John Ordonez arrived in 1998 and has lived in Costa Rica for around 13 years, he finished school and Hi-school in Colombia and came to CR to study music. He has a degree in music from the University of Costa Rica, has studies in business administration from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and got a degree in English as a second language, in his years living in Costa Rica, John worked for different US companies and owned a couple businesses before opening his Real Estate company, always focused to the international clientele with direct contact with the public visiting Costa Rica from different parts of the world, always involved in the sales environment.;John started in the Real Estate business around 6 years ago where he has been very successful always committed to personal, service, professional excellence and integrity, characteristics that guide as well LUXURYHOMES C.R, John has helped many to find their dreamed home or opened their dreamed business in Costa Rica, John has travel a lot within the country and always provides to his clients, the best professional service. Todd Cutter, originally from Birmingham, Alabama, came to Costa Rica in 1998, after graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Spanish for International Business. Upon his arrival, he founded an online travel business with niche divisions including a surf travel operation, as well as honeymoon and family travel. After selling his travel business, Todd now dedicates all of his time and energy to 2Costa Rica Real Estate. However, his experience in the service industry was a natural bridge into the real estate market, and gave him important insight into the expectations of investors/travelers to Costa Rica as well a vast knowledge of the entire country that has become key to his success, and to the success of his clients. Todd manages the office in the Central Valley (Escazu), however, additionally works with properties throughout the country including Guanacaste and the entire Pacific Coast. Todd works with a variety of clientele including hoteliers, developers, and retail buyers in providing an unparalleled quality of service to bring his clients' vision to a reality. The main focus of his attention is commercial real estate and developing marketing and sales solutions for developer partners.;Todd and his brother, Scott, are the founders of the business, and dedicate endless efforts to ensure the highest quality of service for all clients. Peter possesses extensive experience in tourism, hospitality, real estate development and management, and government relations. Peter was the owner and operator of Boutique Hotel Canciones del Mar, Playa Jaco, Costa Rica for 12 years. During those years, Peter also worked as General Manager for Daystar Properties, one of the largest developers of Costa Rica. Daystar has a portfolio of over 100 condos under ownership, planning, and construction. Peter’s role was to oversee, manage, and expedite the development, market, and sales processes of Daystar. Prior to his role with Daystar, Peter’s extensive Tourism experience spanning over 20 years, includes everything from the general manager, operations manager, food and beverage manager, and reception manager, in the hospitality industry. Peter also has worked in the cruise ship business for Carnival Cruise Lines to be in line for First Purser.;As president of the local Chamber of Tourism and as Vice president of the Chamber of Commerce for the Central Pacific area of Costa Rica, and a past member of the Costa Rican national board of Hotel Owners, Peter has extensive business and government contracts and community relations. Moreover, Peter brings a wealth of experiences in government affairs, lobbying, and politics in Costa Rica and Central America. Being an environmentalist and socially responsible individual, peter has coordinated many environmentally and socially responsible programs in Costa Rica with the local and Central Government.;Peter has lived in 5 countries and speaks 5 languages including Dutch, French, Spanish, German, and English. Peter has studied at the School of Tourism in Breda Holland and also studied at the Hotel school HOSTA in Switzerland under a Cornell administration BA program. He has been a marketing teacher for the Inter Americana University in Heredia Costa Rica.;In the real estate sector, peter has been licensed by the local real estate chamber CCBR; additionally, Peter took two online courses with Cornell University “Hotel Asset management” and Comercial Real Estate. He also took the John Highman Comercial Real Estate courses. He has formed two own companies Ecorealtors, specialized in Green and sustainable housing and sustainable development projects, and Hotels4saleCostaRica.com and is specialized in Hotel brokerage in Costa Rica.;Hotels4salecostarica can plan Hotel logistics like Feasibility studies, staff selection, marketing, and all the logistics of the Hotel. Currently, Peter works for the Century 21 chain in Jaco as a commercial Real Estate and Hotel broker.;Peter has currently organic two farms and is looking to develop on one of his farms a mixed sustainable development with green housing and with its own food supply, water, and electricity. Also, a fish farm is being planned and an additional Boutique Hotel site to be considered.
