In the vicinity of Playa Carrillo is the newly built Casa Azul. Just a 10-minute drive away, this beautiful home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, large outdoor space and a good sized pool for relaxing on weekends or hot summer days.

The interior features modern and simple touches: the large windows provide natural light to the living room and the white walls and high ceilings provide a feeling of freshness throughout the day. By opening the big sliding doors, you can connect the outdoor and indoor space and enjoy Costa Rica’s tropical climate.

The kitchen comes with granite countertops and beautiful, light blue cabinets that give a different touch to the nuance of the structure. The bedrooms come with a structure to add a built-in closet. Casa Azul does not have A/C, but the electrical installation in case it is needed.

Behind the house you will find a covered outside area for a washing machine and to hang your clothes.
