For public transport in and around Blackburn Hamlet there is the BRT (Bus Rapid Transport) network operated by OC Transpo. The 128 route takes you directly from Blackburn to Hurdman Bus Station located in the city. These buses run regularly throughout the day, so you’ll never be hanging around waiting for long. For those who prefer to drive, the Ottawa Regional Road 30 will get you into the city within 15 minutes.
