Residents of this neighbourhood must travel outside of the area to access post-secondary options. Academy of Learning College in the northern part of Surrey offers courses in accounting, business, healthcare, information technology, and graphic design. Surrey Community College has programs in social work, education, and hairdressing. Courses on offer at CDI College include business, healthcare, trades, and technology. Residents can also attend universities in the larger cities nearby,such as Vancouver or Burnaby.
Public Transportation
Public transportation in the city is operated by TransLink (buses). A number of routes run through South Surrey, including C50, C53, 321, 345, 351, 352, 354, 375, and 394. Residents can use the South Surrey Park and Ride to drive to the drop-off point, park, and access multiple routes from one stop. South Surrey residents can also access the SkyTrain (rapid transit line) in Surrey at the Surrey Central Station.
