The market in South Delta is red hot as the price for a detached house has shot up to over 1 million dollars. An increase on average of $370,000 dollars which is a healthy sign people are moving into that area. South Delta in the, Tsawwassen community, is leading the whole Lower Mainlandin house appreciation according to the latest Real Estate statistics. Delta’s K-12 learning programs shine. They teach comprehensive math skills from kindergarten all the way to 12th grade. The mathematical concepts maintain a thread of continuity through the student’s academic career. These are the basic concepts.

The educators firmly believe in rooting the students in solid mathematical skills from an early age. The goal of the mathematical program is to instill in the students a love for math. The students are given every opportunity to further their skills, applications and attitudes relating to math.
