Parks in Tuscany include a greenspace around Two-Toed Pond, which features treed areas, walking paths, and birdwatching opportunities; Twelve Mile Coulee, a large park with walking trails, two off-leash dog parks, benches, a small creek, and birdwatching and wildlife viewing opportunities; greenspace beside Eric Harvie School, which has soccer fields and a small playground; Tuscany Park, with a baseball diamond and soccer fields; greenspace beside St. Basil Elementary / Junior High School, which has soccer fields, a playground, and a baseball diamond; greenspace beside Tuscany School, with playgrounds, soccer fields, walking paths, and a community garden; and a small unnamed greenspace off of Tuscany Valley Drive NW that features a playground, walking paths, benches, and treed areas.
The Tuscany Club is operated by the Tuscany Residents Association and has amenities such as a gymnasium, tennis courts, a skateboard park, rinks, and a splash park. The club hosts a number of events, and is available to book for meetings, events, and programs. Summer day camps for kids and various programs for people of all ages are held at the club for things like sports, arts, fitness, and general interest. The club is open to members, who pay an annual fee to access its amenities and programming. Located east of Tuscany is the Melcor YMCA, which includes a swimming pool, a training pool, a fitness centre, a gymnasium, a studio, steam rooms, and multipurpose rooms. The centre offers a variety of programming for people of all ages in swimming, dance, drama, badminton, soccer, basketball, volleyball, martial arts, yoga/pilates, as well as drop-in programs and personal training.
