The C-Train branches out from the downtown core to the other quadrants of the city, making all of Calgary very accessible. Buses and bike lanes also criss-cross through the area to provide even more options. Walking is also very easy in Downtown Calgary, even in the dead of winter, thanks to the Plus 15 walkway system. These indoor walkways stretch from building to building about 15 feet above street level. In this way, you can make it throughout much of Downtown without ever having to set foot outside!
