HomeLife Emerald Realty Ltd., Brokereage
Local area Realtor for over 26 years. Sales Representative/Owner of HomeLife Emerald Realty Ltd. in Angus, Ontario. After working for other companies for 20 years, I partnered with my daughter Jenna Forsyth, Broker of Record/Owner, to open our own office in Angus. We now have 5 Sales Associates and have several more in training, who will be joining our team in 2014. We service the area surrounding Base Borden, which includes Angus, Essa, New Lowell, Clearview, Barrie, Alliston, Thornton, Lisle, Adjala/Tosorontio, Everett and everything in between. Award winning Sales Representative with a lifelong commitment to the area. Raised in a Military Family and still residing in Essa Township, Bill is very committed to the local economy and goings on, with involvement in the local Lion's Club, the Chamber of Commerce, the Military Relocation Program and other local activities. Bill is also an avid golfer as well as a moose hunter. His moose hunting skills are far better even with all of the practice he gets on the golf course.

I sell Residential Real Estate with Royal LePage in Collingwood, Ontario. My wife Pam and I live in Briarwoods condominium, overlooking the 8th Tee Pad of Cranberry's Atoka Golf Course. I am on the Board at Briarwoods, and I'm the President of the Board at Whisperwoods, were we also own a condo. Our cat, Colleen came from the Georgian Bay Animal Rescue and we enjoy providing a "forever Home" for her. I play trombone with the Georgian Sound Bing Band, and my Regal Jazz Band, Collingwood's Dixieland Jazz Band. Pam sings with the All Saints Anglican Church Choir, the Sound Investment Choir, and the Cantorum Choir. We met, years ago, now, at a music camp. We belong to Toronto Ski Club, Collingwood Yacht Club, Beaver Valley Probus Club, St. Clair and District Pribus Club, and I'm the Chairperson of Probus Ski Legends. I also belong to the GBBCC, Georgian Bay British Car Club, and I enjoy driving my 1973 Triumph TR 6, the yellow one, in the summer. I discovered Collingwood, as a ski patroller in the 1960's, at Craigleith Ski Club. Then I joined Alpine Ski Club, now we are at Toronto Ski Club. Pam and I finally moved to Collingwood from Mississauga in 2002. What a pleasant change!
