With over 20 years of business experience, 15 as an entrepreneur; Cheryl’s background is very diverse. She has been an owner of a private college, owner/manager of restaurant, founder and executive director of an aerospace and defence association, as well as, an independent consultant/trainer who facilitated new business.;Her skills and experiences enabled her to be accredited as a Project Management Professional (PMP); recognized internationally. These knowledge areas; extensive planning, communications, time management, risk management and closing a project are essential skills that she brings to her role as a real estate agent.;Cheryl has extensive experience in bringing different walks of life together to obtain a successful closing. ;She has worked with senior management top 500 corporations to small business owners to students; but her excitement is working with EACH individual of the overall project.;Her education began at Mount Saint Vincent University, where she studied public relations, and has constantly continued to study and upgrade her skills; from business law, real estate and other interests such as a pilot license. She has become very strong in marketing, is technology savvy and has developed strong negotiation skills.;Her strongest attribute is her loyalty to her client, this dedication and her high expectations of herself make her the right choice as a real estate agent for you.;Cheryl’s has two lovely Grand-Daughters and her hobbies include running and snorkeling. Her husband, Cecil Freeman works full-time with her, as a REALTOR®. ;Cecil has 40 years of experience in all aspects of land and property development. His work experience has included being a professional planner, developer, builder, property manager and professor of economics. Cecil’s diverse experience has included small to large multipurpose projects involving government and private interests. His land experience includes the use of private and crown land including the development of mineral rights. His international experience includes Hawaii, where he is the property manager and owner of an Executive Level vacation rental in Maui.;Cecil obtained a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo and a Masters of Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science, both in Planning Studies. His education combined with his experience and negotiation skills have resulted in a long record of success throughout his careers.;As Assistant Deputy Minister in several departments, Cecil is very experienced in the workings of governments at all levels. During this time he was sought after as a problem solver.;Cecil’s involvement as Chairman of the Trans Canada Trail Foundation, President of Kiwanis, Campaign Chair of the United Way, among others, shows his strong commitment to giving back to the community.
