Success Series Webinar with Michael Krisa & Mike Stewart: Recapvideo for real estate

Yesterday’s Success Series webinar taught us how to make videos for real estate using an iPad. Guest experts Michael Krisa and Mike Stewart shared great tips on creating easy and engaging videos that will get viewers to know, like and trust you… before you even meet. All it takes is an iPad, a little time and $5.

What? Will $5 really get you all the production tools you need to create, edit and, most importantly share videos that will increase your footprint on the internet and establish you as the local authority?

Yes it will! This webinar details all the amazing things you can do with iMovie, a useful $5 app that we just might have to add to our list of essential real estate apps. Better still, it’s intuitive and easy to use. With iMovie you can:

  • Record live footage
  • Add voiceovers
  • Insert still photos & screenshots
  • Add music & sound effects
  • Include automated transitions
  • Add text
  • Edit & preview
  • Save & share on YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo & more

Watch the webinar recording HERE to learn how and why you should be using your tablet to make videos that will set you apart from the competition. Get tips from the experts and discover real-life video success stories from real estate agents just like you. There’s even a special offer for viewers at the end. Glad I could help Valerie!
May I suggest that you give some consideration to purchasing our course? It will take you by the hand and show you everything you need to know PLUS you get access to Mike and me.

I am considering your course. WIll probably do it next week. Can you direct me to it, I believe it is somewhere on the Point2 agent website.

        Hi Valerie,

You can sign up Michael’s helpful course – Tablet Video For Agents – here:

    Hey Valerie,
I’m not quite sure I understand your question.
YouTube is only a hosting platform – somewhere you upload your videos to after they have been edited.
You can record video with your iPad BUT once you hit the stop button, the clip will be saved – you can’t just string clips together. That is why you need to purchase the iMovie app – that’s what it allows you to do.
    Hope that helps.

Yes Michael, you answered my question. I have downloaded the IMovie app and will try it soon. The webinar was great and I will venture into the video scene (at least give it a good try). I am sure it will be less daunting after the first few tries.

When doing videos, say thru YouTube, can you stop and start and be in the same video or do you have to splice them together?

Hi Valerie, that’s a great question. Unfortunately, none of us at Point2 seem to know the answer either. However, we will pass this along to Michael Krisa, who I’m sure will be able to provide you with an answer. Cheers!

I have a question regarding when you are creating your videos. Can you start and stop and still be in the same video or do they need to be spliced together?
